Here’s some news we’re bummed to hear, but had a feeling it might happen. Trey Jones has decided to make the tough decision to cancel the 2020 Swampfest due to COVID still raging strong around the world. It’s a bummer that things didn’t work out, but it sounds like Trey put A LOT of time and energy into making this decision, and it wasn’t an easy decision. Hit play to let Trey explain…

Vital BMX‘s Kyle Carlson caught up with Trey Jones to talk about the event and what’s in the works, along with talking about what Trey has been doing on lock down as of late. As many of you probably expected, Swampfest 2020 that was supposed to go down on April 4th has been postponed until May 23rd due to the Coronavirus shutting everything down lately. This is obviously a bummer if you have plane tickets and everything set to go, but it’s definitely for the best. It also gives the guys more time to build the trails even more dialed and get some more ramps done! Above is the Instagram post that was used to bring the news. Get those flights and everything else rescheduled for May 23rd!

The 2020 Swampfest is set to go down in a few weeks on April 4th, and things are already starting to shape up. Scotty Cranmer dropped by with Big Boy to get a preview of the dirt jumps and some of the ramps that have been built up so far.
