Sports Illustrated just released this new video featuring Nigel Sylvester talking about what “training” is really like for himself as a BMX rider. This has a bunch of footage of him cruising around New York City, but there’s some good insights in this. Needless to say, Nigel is always getting involved with some big media outlets.
