Daniel Martinez, aka Lil D, has been stacking street clips for a minute, and now we get to see what he’s been up to. As you’d expect, it’s all of the tech grinds and manly rails that a true street killer like Lil D would be throwing down.
So many kids feel like pros have some magical super high end bikes that let them ride at such a top level. In reality many pros actually have broken down, unmaintained bikes because little details don’t matter to them. So I think it’s rad that the Volume guys got on some stock Volume 2013 completes and shut it down just the same as they would on their own bikes. So basically, if you don’t think your bike is good enough, go buy a Volume complete and shred!
Volume caught up with Daniel “Lil’ D” Martinez to find out what his top 5 favorite songs are these days. They tossed in some riding clips to go wit the mix so take a peek!
Here’s Daniel “Lil’ D” Martinez’s latest edit for Volume. There’s a ton of wild stuff in this one. Real psyched on some of the super long ice picks. Check it!

Here’s Demolition‘s newest print ad featuring Daniel “Lil’ D” Martinez getting absolutely nuts on a curved rail and their Momentum tire.
Volume Bikes posted this “How To” from one of their team riders “Lil D”. Besides the “how to” there are a bunch of good barspin clips, so even if you already know hot to bar 180 its worth the watch.
“Volume / Demolition pro team member Daniel “Lil D” Martinez’s latest setup is street-ready, brakeless and judging from the way Daniel rides, very smooth. Recently, ESPN contributing photographer Tommy Blanco met up with Daniel to film some riding, and in between getting clips, Daniel ran through the finer points of his bike. And by the way, how many people in BMX can have the nickname “Lil” before we start confusing everyone? I think there are two “Lil” riders on the Volume team alone.” – ESPN
