Check out this new video of Scott Powell that we spotted over on Flat Matters where he gets creative and comes through with a ton of triple decade combos. How many of us could even do one triple decade… let alone a single one?
“Some time ago, the question popped into my head; “how many variations of triple decade could I do in one session!?” So I filmed for one 3-hour session and this is what I came up with….“
Spotted this one over on Flat Matters. Scott Powell might have just got in on the HD camera game, but he’s been killing it on a bike forever. Check out this video of him testing out the new camera along with putting in some work on a few of his bikes. I forgot about that crazy bike he has with the cranks on the front axle like a unicycle. Take a look!
“I finally stepped into the 21st century and got an HD camera; it is an action camera so it does not have a stablizer. I decided to test it out by filming a quick edit in the same way that I would have if i was using my TRV 900. Effraim over at Flat-Matters pointed me in the direction of this one. If you’re looking for 9 minutes of flatland goodness this is it. I want to go to Hawaii so bad after watching this. Looks like these guys really had a good time there.
“This trip to Hawai’i was not a means to an end. In other words, we did not go for a contest or some event. We did not go on this trip with the purpose of making a video. Each person had his own motivation and the Energies brought this crew together in Hawai’i at the same time. We were in Hawai’i to BE in Hawai’i and experience the flow of the Aloha Flatland Spirit. Shot mostly with a GoPro and an iPhone, this video is a manifestation of our island experience and awesome things that occurred while we were there. Our crew consisted of Scott Powell, Jesse Puente, Jean-William Prevost, and Bobby K. Carter, along with the riders of the 808. Please enjoy this video! Aloha!” – Bobby Carter

“Though out the years I have continually documented my progress in freestyle, pushing my limits and testing what is possible. January 2012 I learned 33 new tricks/combos. The following is some of those tricks.

“This will make my first official “riding” web edit. After seeing Martti do a few varialtions of a stable rear-wheel 360 spin to decade. Several more variations, using all of my bikes, popped into my head which inspired me to create this edit based on that trick concept.
