Shape Bicycles dropped this quick BMX video from a trails jam that went down at the Run Trails over in France recently. Although it looks like it was a pretty small get together, the trails looked like they were running smooth and plenty of good times were had. Take a look!
It’s been a while since we’ve seen any sort of special focus on the seat post clamp on a bike. It’s a very basic part, but there are plenty of things that can be done to make it unique. Shape Bicycles over in France have been working on their new clamp for a little while now and decided it would be cool to show you what they’re working on. This clamp is made from AG3 aluminum and is cut using a water jet, which believe it or not is less expensive than actual CNC machining. After that, they gave it some chemical engraving for both styles of logos on the front, and the Shape logo on the top in the back. Finally, they sand and polish each clamp by hand giving it that clean look and slide in the M5 stainless steel bolt to keep that post of yours tight.
This clamp is still in prototype stages, so it currently is unavailable, but I would assume they will be out soon.

Shape Bicycles sent through a little info on their new Team frontload stem. This 100% 7075-T6 aluminum stem is CNC machined for additional weight savings and a clean look. It has a reach of 53mm, 5mm of rise and a weight of 329 grams (11.60 oz.). It comes with the split cap front and is available in polished silver. You can pick one of these up for 94.90€ (roughly $126.77) which is pretty spendy, but the quality makes it worth it. Find more info over on the Shape Bicycles website.
Shape Bicycles is throwing another trails jam over in Brittany, France that’s bound to be a good time! If you’re anywhere around the RUN Trails September 21st, I’d suggest you hit this one up!
As part of Can You Dig It distributing Shape Bicycles here in the U.S, they wanted to do something cool with their team rider, Jared Ball. So they dropped this exclusive video featuring Jared getting some time at his trails with a few guest clips from his brother Jeremy Ball. This is what I’m talking about! Enjoy!
