“Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Sales Director
Location: Hastings, UK
Usual Hours: 9.00-5.30 Monday to Friday
Summary:
We are seeking an excellent sales and customer service candidate. The successful applicant will be required to work with our customers and seek out new accounts. The job also entails working with our end users to resolve issues and continue our excellent customer service to riders.
Duties include:
– Responsibility for building relationships with existing accounts to increase sales and open new accounts.
– Work with our end users to resolve problems and provide excellent customer service.
– Other duties where necessary.
Pay: Salary Negotiable
Minimum Education Requirements: Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Must have excellent communication skills and be competent with Excel Spreadsheets. Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Other Requirement: Must hold a UK driving license (transport not required)
