“Watch the full Men’s Monster Energy Men’s BMX Street competition from MoonPay X Games Sacramento 2026!
BMX street contests approximate the most common form of urban BMX riding, utilizing obstacles common to city settings – like handrails, stairs, ledges, benches and outdoor tables – on a purpose-built course. Competitors do an assortment of grinds, tailwhips, rotations, gap-to-obstacle tricks and more on the course, often combining multiple maneuvers into a single trick. BMX street requires a high level of creativity, adaptability and technical skill, as riders must navigate the urban landscape and perform tricks with precision and control. In competitions, judges evaluate the difficulty, execution and originality of tricks.” – X Games

Men’s BMX Park – Full Live Replay
“Park is a style of BMX riding featuring a variety of obstacles such as ramps, bowls, quarterpipes and box jumps arranged in a challenging and creative layout. Riders use these obstacles to perform a variety of tricks, airs and grinds, incorporating a majority or all features into a single run. Using the contours of the course to gain speed instead of pedaling, X Games Park BMX riders use the obstacles for the air necessary to do huge tricks like 720s, double tailwhip combos and various inverts. Competitors are judged based on execution of maneuvers, degree of difficulty, variety, flow, originality, style and amplitude (height of airs). BMX riders compete in 3 runs.” – X Games

BMX Dirt – Full Live Replay
“Born from the rhythmic trails riding, BMX Dirt competitions date back decades. In fact, Dirt was one of just two BMX disciplines contested at the first X Games in 1995. The X Games Dirt course is never the same, changing in size and flow from year-to-year. The course usually features between four and six jumps, and riders start from a raised platform that provides the speed necessary to negotiate the course. The jump takeoff lips typically are eight to 11 feet high, and riders jump over gaps that vary from 14 to 30 feet long. The competition is judged on amplitude, creativity, style, difficulty of tricks and flow of run.” – X Games

With only a few attempts to impress the judges and fans, riders throw down bangers including front flips, 1080s, and tailwhip combos to claim Best Trick bragging rights.” – X Games
