Sorry for the delay on this weeks Products column! The BV Jam took up all of my time so I had to bump it to Sunday this week. Either way, here it is! This week we’re going to take a closer look at the Sunday Funday frame, Hoffman‘s Dinky sprocket, Fit‘s DLR stem, Profile Racing‘s new GDH cranks colorway and FBM‘s CB4K fork. Let’s take a look!
At the beginning of the year, Sunday released an updated version of Aaron Ross’ popular Funday frame. This fully 41-Thermal heat-treated chromoly frame features a 74.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 8.5″ stand over height, 11.5″ bottom bracket height and a 13.13″ – 13.25″ chainstay length. The Funday frame also features the double butted Wave downtube to resist denting with the Wave gusset for even more strength, the Black Magic coating to resist rusting, Director-style wishbone bridges, a non-sandwhiched top tube junction, a double butted seat tube, tapered chain and seat stays, hollow 5mm thick drop outs with integrated chain tensioners and angled removable brake mounts. The Funday comes in top tube lengths of 20.75″ or 21″ with a weight of 4.65 lbs. and Vapor blue for the color.
