Well, you can unmark your calendars if you were planning to hit up the Baco Jam that was supposed to go down at Jellystone Skatepark at the end of the month! It looks like the campground pulled the plug and decided to close down the skatepark earlier than planned to get a jump start on their sweet new mini golf course! “Bad news everyone. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Sept 30 Baco Jam is officially cancelled.
Basically the management company that owns the Warrens skatepark suddenly demanded @neighborhood_skatepark vacate the premises with less than a week’s notice. The park will be gone by the time of the Jam.
We sincerely apologize to anyone who made plans to attend. If you made accommodations you should immediately call to cancel and get a refund for any reserved hotels, cabins or campsites.
We’re working on a winter Baco Jam somewhere indoors in the coming months, likely after the 1st of the year so stay tuned.” – BACO
