The annual Mongoose Jam is also celebrating 50 years of Mongoose this year!
The annual Mongoose Jam has been going down since 2012, and with it being Mongoose’s 50th Anniversary this year, they are really stepping it up. Here’s a highlight video from all the past years, followed up with details on this year’s event going down August 10th in North Carolina below! “Since 2012, Mongoose has hosted an annual Jam event with our pro athletes. As you would expect, there have been some unforgettable moments over the years! That’s why, in honor of our milestone 50th anniversary and our upcoming Jam, we picked our Top Ten Jam moments to relive from years past. Featuring locations like Camp Woodward, Source Park, and the Riveter—as well as riders like Kevin Peraza, Pat Casey, Kriss Kyle, and Ryan Nyquist—the Jam has been a legendary event in our long history.

For as long as it’s been around, the Mongoose Jam event has brought together our BMX pro team, their peers, and amateurs for an authentic blend of camaraderie and competition—all with the goal of growing and attracting newcomers to the sport. The unique event started as a pro-focused competition at Camp Woodward in Pennsylvania, then became a team video competition judged by other teams. Today, the event has evolved into an amateur Jam where riders young and old(er) can show off their skills at legendary parks for prizes and awards from Mongoose pros.
