It’s not every day that we get to talk about mergers and buyouts in BMX, but this is pretty exciting stuff. Cinema Wheel Co., which was originally a brand under the same umbrella as Verde and DUO Brand, has been acquired by Blackout Distribution which is a distributor under the same umbrella / ownership as Kink Bike Co.! We don’t get much detail as to what changes will occur, but we have a feeling we’ll be seeing some shake ups and additions to the Cinema Wheel Co. team, and some new products coming in the next year.
