Brian Kachinsky sits down for “The BMX In Our Blood” Podcast!
Joe Doherty has been super busy pumping out these interviews for The BMX In Our Blood Podcasts. Here’s the latest where he sits down with Brian Kachinsky who gives us his full story from how he got into BMX, the reason he started the Uncovered BMX contest series with Van Homan and much, much more. Scotty Cranmer even hopped in on this one! Hit play, give it a listen! Brian is one hell of a guy on and off the bike and a perfect example of what Pro rider is! Stoked n this.
“It’s not too often you talk to a total freestyle badass that is incredibly motivated to give back to the BMX community. Brian Kachinsky is just that person. He and Van Homan have created a three stop amateur BMX freestyle series that started in Maryland, continued in Pittsburgh at The Wheel Mill (where this interview took place) and will wrap up at the Four Seasons park in Milwaukee on March 24th. Please take tips from Brian in this interview and give back to BMX in any way you can. Doesn’t mean you have to put on an event, just create an atmosphere that promotes the sport. So thank you Brian along with Van Homan for doing such great work while continuing to ride like the pros they are. You can support their efforts by going to events and following them on IG at @uncoveredbmx or on their website www.uncoveredbmx.com
Also, as mentioned in the intro, don’t forget to check out www.digbmx.com for the 1st installment of the Under Your Influence series with the Halahan boys. It is so incredibly good. I can not wait to see the next two!
Lastly, check out www.willevans.com for more information on the music playing in the background of the intro. Will is one of my favorite private label musicians, incredibly talented! You can also find him on IG at @willevansmusic
As always, thank you for listening!” – Joe Doherty
