Profile Racing 2012 California Trip Photogallery and Edit

A few weeks back Profile Racing had Mike Saavedra, Jared Eberwein, Mark Mulville, Mike Meister, Ricky Mosley and Matt Coplon all meet up in California for some team bonding and riding time. While they were there they spent their days cruising Saavedra’s Blue Bench trails, Mike Lakin’s yard, OB Skatepark and an endless supply of street spots.

Chris Crouch Video

Here we have a new video for you to check out. Chris Crouch might be a name you aren’t familiar with and that’s okay. It’s always refreshing seeing riding from a new rider you haven’t checked out before, especially when style over powers the number of tricks they do. Chris grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida racing and as you can see in this edit, he developed plenty of style from doing just that.
These days he fills his days as a CAD technician, but when he’s not working you can probably find him cruising the Ocala trails, Stone Edge skatepark or Daytona skatepark like you can in this new video. There are fufanus and abubacas in this edit and no barspins and tailwhips. That’s what I’m talking about! Enjoy!

2012 Extreme Thing Contest Video

Last weekend while everyones eyes were on the Simple Session, Ricardo Laguna was holding his annual Extreme Thing contest in Las Vegas. This year didn’t quite go to plan since the wind decided to pick up pretty heavily before the contest started, so they changed up the plan and threw down a best trick over the last jump.

Check out all of the bangers that were thrown by Big Daddy, Dustin Grice, Ryan Guettler, Brandon Dosch, James Foster, Jai Toohey, Joey Cordova, Matt Cordova, Victor Salazar, Dustin McCarty, Austin Winters, Lance Mosley, Mat Olson, Nikoli Rogatkin and Colton Satterfield in this new video.

Dustin Grice came up with the win which is awesome since he’s an all around good dude and has a huge bag of tricks. Stoked to see that for sure.

Pittsburgh Spring Mix

Sure, looking back the winter wasn’t “that bad” in comparison to past winters, but it still sucked. If you were anywhere outside of Texas, California or Florida you were probably not all that psyched on being outside and most likely trapped indoors if you wanted to get any sort of riding in without discomfort.
The winter is officially over and spring is beginning to kick up the temps a little bit. The Pittsburgh crew have already been busy taking advantage of the nicer weather with a few street missions and final indoor sessions. Check out this fresh new edit featuring Brian Yeagle, Mark Potoczny, Mark Mulville, Steve Romain, Ryan Wert and Chris Doyle that I’m sure will get you psyched to head outside and do some riding!

Dirt Ron Welcome To Bone Deth / Anthem II Declassified Video

Today is a real good day! The Union is stoked to announce that Dirt Ron is now riding for Bone Deth! What makes this news even sweeter? Stew Johnson compiled a bunch of unseen footage of Dirt Ron from the Anthem II video to go with this as his official welcome edit!

Matt “Tall Boy” Thompson Video

Well, after a few months of working out ideas and getting the coding figured out, it’s finally here. The all new video player. I hope you are as stoked on it as we are. Doing this should allow us to give back more to filmers for their work and keep videos from being too painful to watch like it was in our old video player. I think we have the best of both worlds with this and I couldn’t be more happy. There are still a few small bugs to work out like the mobile phone situation, but otherwise it’s pretty much all dialed.

To premiere the new player, I’ve got a fresh new edit from Bink Seavey featuring Matt “Tall Boy” Thompson along with clips from Reed Stark, Kyle Stark, Bink and Phlandus Alexander.

Anyone who has had the chance to see the new Team Dilly video “Team Dilly Is The Man” will know Matt is under the radar but super talented. After you watch this edit, make sure to pick up that video because you won’t be disappointed at all.

Fundraiser: Catty Woods Benefit Film

The legendary Catty Woods in Pennsylvania are one of BMX’s true treasures. Each year, they need to lease the land and pay insurance to keep the trails alive. The Union will be donating 100% of the money generated from this video to help cover their annual expenses but doing this will require a lot of support from the BMX community.

Tom Camby produced this 14 minute video featuring some older footage from Catty and POSH for you to enjoy. After you have watched it, share the link to it on your Facebook wall, share it on Twitter, share it on your favorite forum. Hell, tell your grandma to check it out. The more views this video gets, the more it will allow us to donate to keeping these trails alive. Just think, you are donating by simply pushing play or copying and pasting the link somewhere. Easy as that! Couldn’t be any easier. Note: You don’t have to watch the whole video for it to count!
