DUB Street Series – Liverpool Edit
More BMX Videos
I’ve been waiting for an edit from the DUB jam that went down in Liverpool this past weekend to pop up. It looks like Ride UK dropped this banger of an edit for you. They had something like 500 clips to work with! That’s insane.
“The DUB BMX Jam / Monster Street Series fully went off yesterday in Liverpool. People travelled from all over to be here and it was more than worth it. The grey skies may have put a few off but the weather actually held out all day so bad luck if you didn’t come… On the day we clocked over 500 video clips… We’ve condensed that down into a 5 minute edit of pure hammers from all the four spots in Liverpool – Tunnel Banks, The Flyover Bank to Sub, Everton Brow and the Costco/Dock Warehouses Rail. We know you’ve all been waiting for this, so quit reading and hit play!” – Ride UK
Montage Brand – Zacahrya Dangerfield Edit

“Made this video to get back into editing and because some of my footage is getting really old. Hopefully will be bringing out more regular edits from now on. Riders are myself, Alex Donnachie, Luca Demarco, Rob Diquattro, Bo, Graeme Davidson, Torey Kish, Tony Wencil, Steven Hamilton, James Chalmers, Damian Racut, (special guest: Levi Marshall), Chris Tolley and Josh Keating.” – Dario Demarco
Business DVD Interview
A couple months back, the trailer for the Business DVD came out. Since then, things have been pretty hush, hush online about the video. Well, at least I haven’t seen anything so I’m just assuming that. Then the other day they had an edit pop up. I started wondering what happened with the DVD, and it turns out it’s just now being wrapped up and is ready to drop! There’s an interview over on the Northern Embassy where you can find out all about the video, the premiere and more. Definitely want to see this one.
Eclat – Shane Weston “Moon Grip” Promo
Eclat dropped this new promo video featuring Shane Weston and his signature grip. I normally hate dropping hints of what’s in the edit, but that fricken bunny hop cannonball blew my mind! And that’s just one of the wild tricks in the video…
“A while ago we started working on a different kind of grip, but we wanted to make something a little more special than the standard flange design. We were experimenting with rubber compounds and grip patterns when Shane got involved and told us he’d be really into a flangeless grip with a symmetrical shape that had a bigger, chunky grip pattern. The circular grip design was underway, but everything dropped into place when we added a sand-blasted texture to the grip. Suddenly they weren’t circles any more, but craters on the surface of the moon! Shane was really into it and so the Moon grip was born.
As this grip had such a unique look there was no way we could use our normal bar end with it. So, with Shane we worked up a design which blended perfectly into the style and shape of the grip and the rest is history.
The final compound is a really soft 23° durameter, high quality Kraton rubber. It’s both soft and comfy but at the same time feels sticky with loads of grip. At 150mm long it looks awesome on a wider bar, and the tighter 19mm internal diameter means there’s plenty of life in them too!
This is the first product in the Shane Weston series, expect something really special in 2012.
