Sneak Peek: Mutiny – Cinch Cranks and Octad Spline Drive Sprocket

May 25, 2012

Mutiny have been on it lately with these sneaks peeks. This time around they are sharing their new Cinch cranks and Octad spline drive sprocket that should be available at the end of this year. The cranks appear to be a 19mm 48-spline 2-piece crank with no sprocket bolt bosses. I’m not sure if they will have right and left hand drive versions available since I’m just going off what I’m seeing in this photo. The Octad sprocket would be perfect for those cranks since it runs on spline drive… Just saying… Looks dialed to me. Expect more info soon!

Brandon Dosch Stops By Metal Mulisha

May 25, 2012

After getting back from the Empire of Dirt contest, Brandon Dosch cruised on over to the Metal Mulisha head quarters to hang out and get some riding in. Here’s some footage from the demo he put on while everyone else is trying to work, haha.

Did you know Brandon has a signature t-shirt with them? Check that out here. Pretty sick!

Highway To Hill 2012

May 25, 2012

It looks like the Zwanzig Zoll crew rolled deep into this years Highway To Hill contest. They’ve got pretty much everything covered from this one which is rad. Check out riding from a wholeeeee bunch of real good riders in this one. Looks like the contest went off real well and there was a hell of a crowd filled with good looking women.

Jess Cini 2012 Edit

May 25, 2012

Would you imagine that? Yet another insanely talented rider from Australia! I really need to figure out what’s going on down there…

“Headed up to Jess’ place for a couple of days and smashed out 90% of these clips with him, and threw in a couple of extra’s he scored up in QLD. Jess is a gun for his age and his a bright future in BMX. He currently rides for condemned bike co, LKI and X-Rated Helmets.

Angie Marino on TSG

May 24, 2012

Angie Marino is riding a little safer these days…

“TSG further expands its female team and is proud to announce the latest addition in BMX: Welcome to the international pro team, Angie Marino!

Angie Marino is one of the best female BMXers in the world and one of the most influential voices of female BMX riding. Founder of Yeah Zine (YeahZine.com), an online site and printed mag for girl BMXers, Angie publishes girl BMX content and motivates girls to go riding. She is a true role model and spreads the good words of BMX from a girls point of view.

Angie was hooked on riding the minute she could ride without training wheels and started racing at a young age. After a break of some couple years she picked it up again and started riding skateparks and trails. Today Angie travels the world for contests and promotes girl BMX riding. She just ended up 3rd at the FISE in Montpellier.

“Angie is a great role model in the girl BMX scene as she is a passionate and talented bike rider.
This makes her the perfect fit to join and enrich our pro team.
She will definitely play an important role for our women’s protection program.
I am stoked that our male dominated BMX team with Brian Hunt, Ricardo Laguna, Alessandro Barbero, Patrick Guimez and Markus Hampl now gets some female flavour”,
says Nadja Herger communication manager at TSG.

Angie rides with the Nipper Maxi helmet and the Shinguard BMX Tailwhip protector.

Welcome to the team Angie!”

You can check out her profile on the TSG website RIGHT HERE.
