It’s pretty amazing what you can do with cameras these days, especially when you pair a bunch of cameras up with Mike “Hucker” Clark!
This is amazing. The guys at Ride BMX caught up with Mike “Hucker” Clark at the Oakley trails with an arsenal of cameras. Here’s a look at what went down with some seriously amazing camera angles from a unique POV look, as well as the traditional angles really showing you what goes into Hucker’s riding. Even if you aren’t a fan of trails, there’s a good chance you will get sucked into this one and have a very hard time looking away!
“Hucker and I have been talking about doing a video like this for almost a year. Just something raw and simple (in theory) where we film the stuff he does nearly everyday, but show it from a unique perspective…almost as if you were viewing the trick as his pedal or front wheel. Actually figuring out how to mount the GoPro sturdy enough to survive was a bit more difficult than we expected, but Hucker was absolutely down to get it all done with a smile. So, I hope you enjoy. -Ryan
Many thanks to Oakley for letting Hucker create such a wild spot, Steve Blick for letting us film, Hucker’s dog Brody for being a main attraction, Chris Kinman at GoPro for always hooking me up with gear, and Jeff and Zach for helping me out! ” – Ride BMX
