Terrible One have re-released their T1 Pegs once again!
Here’s one for the Mid School guys! Terrible One have re-issued their classic T1 pegs that were real popular back in the day. These pegs are unique because they have a chromoly sleeve that is pressed over an aluminum core, kind of like how plastic pegs work these days, but a metal sleeve that is way more durable. They are 4″ long with a 1.5″ diameter (38mm) and come in 14mm and 3/8″ sizes. You can pick these up for about $20.99 each through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Terrible One worldwide. Empire have them for example. Get the full details on these pegs straight from Terrible One…
“The T-1 pegs are back! And, this description of them from the early 2000s still rings true… The original T-1 peg lives on. The pegs are both light and fast due to its sleeved tubular design. Meaning, a chromoly sleeve has been pressed over an aluminum peg body to give the peg the best of both worlds. Its lightness and strength is derived from its aluminum body, but the hard chromoly sleeve is what is responsible for the speed when grinding. Not to mention that the aluminum tip make them cement skatepark friendly. Basically, they’re wicked awesome! Thanks to Maul’s Bike Shop for the photo!” – Terrible One
