Deluxe – “Part Deux” – Full Video

Over the past two months, Deluxe has been uploading sections from their latest DVD, “Part Deux”, online for our viewing pleasure every Tuesday. Today they released the credits online, so we figured it would be a good time to take each section and put them together into one post so that you can enjoy the entire video all in one spot! So here it is in all of its trails glory! Enjoy!

This is Mike Saavedra’s full part from Part Deux, filmed at his local spot – Blue Bench, California. This place is unreal – carved trails, flowing palm trees, California sunshine and sick locals. What could be better?

For this full part, Patrick travelled to Mark’s house in PA with Jeremy to spend some time there filming in Mark’s own backyard. Dialled lines, trains, good times.
Music: B52s / Rock Lobster

In stark contrast to Mike Saavedra’s sun-blessed SoCal part, we travel to Frog’s home spot at Villij Trails in the north of England and some hidden woods off the motorway. Tucked away, this spot is sick – big, fast lines, and the locals hold it down. Frog knows this place like the back of his hand.

Mark Potoczny and Jeremy Ball session one of the finer spots in the UK – namely Hills & Mountains – for their second joint section on PART DEUX, filmed by Patrick Best. Cheers to the locals…

For this part, the team travelled down through France to rendezvous at one of the best spots around, and venue of the annual Kill The Line jam, Peynier Trails. These trails are so local to Max that he can see them from his house – so it made sense to kick off the French Trip there.
Following a big rainstorm, however, the place was flooded – but the team got to work and within a couple hours the place was running fast.

Stop two on the French Deluxe trip for PART DEUX was Pinard Trails. Not a regular hit on most trips, but this place is so dialled, the locals are rad, and the lines run fast.

The team’s trip through France continued onwards, and wound up at Hoppy Trails… Never heard of this place before? No worries: this is a great spot, the team were killing it, and the session was ON.

For the next stop on the Deluxe Team’s trip around France’s finest spots, we hit up Pompom’s local trails – La Source. The lines were running fast, the locals were dialled, and the spot lived up to its reputation – La Source is awesome.

For our final destination on the Deluxe Team Trip – following a day out at the river – we ventured to Flaynac Trails where the sets were riding fast and the locals were more than welcoming. With everyone now into the groove, this session was a perfect way to end the video; good lines, dialled jumps, plenty of trains, it was ON.

Here is the final part of PART DEUX – the credits. The good times, the trips, the people that help make Deluxe what it is…
For our second full-length film, we decided to mix things around from Welcome To Deluxe. This time out we ventured to some choice spots that our team riders created and nurture on a daily basis – from Southern California to Pennsylvania, from the Midlands of England to Southern France. We also took the team on tour to discover new spots, cook up some lines, throw some shovel-loads, and have a good time. Because that’s what we’re all about… enjoy.
