Troy Merkle found this spot while working in New Jersey to clean up the damage of Hurricane Sandy. During the day we scoped out the building that appeared to be a strip club and decided to shoot the photo near sunset for optimal lighting. We showed up a little too late and the darkness was soon upon us. I scrambled to setup and Troy was growing tired from the amount of work he had to put in to get to the top of the building. Soon enough we got what we came for and left happy. It’s a shame we couldn’t celebrate with a lap dance haha.
