Next up was the Eclat booth. I figured these guys had a few new products coming along, but it turns out they have a bunch. Check out what they’ve got going…
New topload that can be run upside down and still look good. If I remember right, this is Sean Burns’ signature stem.
The red hub is eclats new bi-directional hub. You can run that left or right side with a quick flip of the ring on the inside of the hub shell, and flipping the pawls on the driver. Fancy. Oh, I should mention, all of the new stuff should be available late October, early November!
New sprocket. New pedals. These are interesting because the way they are designed they are offset on the spindle so they put your feet back a little bit. I guess the people testing these are set on them because regular pedals feel weird to them now?
The new Sean Burns grip in the black there. Eclat also plans on doing another grip with ODI this year as well since they are really stoked on the first one.
These pedals are tough as nails. They bet you can’t blow the bearings up.
New tires. If you look close they have the same design, but different levels of tread. These won’t be out till around February…
The forks finally come out here in the next month or so…
The chrome and black cranks are the new ones they are working on. It sounds like they plan on making a few adjustments but they should be out in February as well..
So that pretty much covers the eclat booth. If you have any questions leave them in the comments and I’ll see what I can find out.
