The annual Frostbike tradeshow that QBP has been putting on the past few years has continued to grow and get even better. I was fortunate enough to make it up to check out the show again this year after a year hiatus. The event is one that I look forward to every year, so I made sure to have my ducks in a row this year to make sure I could get in. Walking into the show, I knew exactly where I was going and figured my first stop would have to be at the Profile Racing booth to say what’s up to Matt Coplon and get a look at what they had on display. Let’s take a look!
Profile Racing has been a leader in BMX cranks for a long time because it’s something they specialize in. They’ve got pretty much every rider covered for the guys who like running short cranks all the way up to the racers looking for some extra leverage to really haul some ass. I believe these arms range in sizes 145mm to 190mm. All made in America and come with a lifetime warranty.
This is something I’m sure some people are wondering about. In September during Interbike, Profile showed off their first samples of the 22mm spindle cranks they were working on. They’ve made the revisions and got the cranks all dialed in. Matt said these should finally be available in the next week or two. Same with the spline drive sprockets from Profile and Madera to fit these 22mm, 48-spline spindles.
