Last night Dave and a few others cruised over to the Merritt suite to check out the new Deadline video, which kicks fucking ass, and take a look at what these guys have cooking. It’s pretty crazy to think Merritt has been doing it for almost a year already! They are working on a couple new items so let’s get into this and take a look, yeah?
Above we have a sample of the new plastic pedals they’re working on. These will see a few changes like the pedal will have knurling all over and a few other minor aesthetic changes. I’m digging it.
The new tool they’re working on is pretty simple. It features a 6mm allen, 8mm allen and a 17mm socket. This is designed to be just a real easy tool to carry around just incase you get in a pinch and need to make a quick adjustment.
These guys have been out for a minute but still look rad with that Merritt logo.
Really into the new stems they’re working on. That top plate really pops. You can find some additional external and internal machining for a clean look and additional weight savings. This should be out soon.
Ends of the bars, grips, the Brad Simms bars and the Brian Foster bars!
No plastic here.
Wax for those pegs.
Charlie Crumlish grip due out soon!
Fresh threads!
So that’s what Merritt has coming. They’re still getting their wheels turning, but it sounds like they have a bunch of new stuff in the works in the near future so keep your eye on these guys.
