Kink Bike Co is now hiring for an in house associate art director and graphic designer. Kink is looking
for someone passionate both in design and BMX to add to our creative department. Send an email to

Location: Rochester, New York (Kink Headquarters)

Position Description and Responsibilities:
-Print advertisement campaigns and design.
-Packaging creation and design.
-Complete bike and parts graphic and decal design.
-Apparel and softgoods design (tags, trim, shirt graphics, etc).
-Promotional item design (POP, brochures, flyers, accessories).
-Print and online catalogs.
-Creating motion graphics for promotional and riding videos.
-Online/web advertisement campaigns and design (web banners, etc).
-Website design and updating.
-Updating and promoting social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc).
-Creation and deployment online flipbooks/catalogs.
-Creation and deployment of email newsletters
Education:
-College degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
-1-2 years of experience in action sports design desired.
Skills/Qualifications:
-Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver).
-Knowledge on latest CMS software (WordPress), HTML, CSS, etc.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Mail software.
-Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects preferred but not mandatory.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Must be detail oriented and have good people skills.
-Able to work well in a group environment.
-Able to meet deadlines, accomplish tasks with minimal supervision and provide mistake-free work.
-Work closely with photographer for catalog layouts, ads, website, etc.
-Business to business experience desired (working directly with suppliers and vendors).”
