Kye Forte recently teamed up with Samsung to get himself into the Guinness Book of World Records for the High Jump on a BMX Bike. They had Leo Forte build up a rad kicker setup that sent Kye up 6.38 meters (20′-11″) for the record. Check out this video giving you a look at it all go down.

“Kye Forte has recently smashed the world record for BMX High Jump in the latest #Breakfree film from Samsung and Jam. The previous record for the highest ramp jump on a bicycle had been 5.6 meters and Kye managed 6.4!As part of the record attempt, he was allowed 3 goes. He managed it within 2!
Samsung helped Kye, a globetrotting BMX superstar, realise a life-long dream to jump his bike more than 6 metres in the air. Throughout the film, Kye and his brother Leo use Samsung Galaxy Notes to scout locations, plan, design and build a bespoke ramp before they shatter the previous world record by more than a meter. It’s the first time that Kye has worked with a tech brand but as he regularly uses the handset was happy to be use the technology to attempt the record.
Kye is the creator of the Red Bull Empire of Dirt extreme BMX event currently housed at Alexandra Palace. ”
