It turns out Odyssey had a bunch of leftover questions and answers from their 10 Spot series. BMX has changed a lot since 1994 when the “Cheese” video from the Dirt Bros crew was originally released, but one thing that has stayed the same is that crashing SUCKS. Here’s a new one featuring Sunday Bikes‘ flow rider Jonathan Medina going to work on spots out in California and Japan. Going into this one we weren’t too familiar with Jonathan, but it’s safe to say you’ll want to keep an eye out for him since he shreds. This is filled with a bunch of great riding, but those ice grinds he does are smooooth! Check it!

Last weekend the Ceiling Smashers contest went down at the Olliewood Action Sports park in Dubuque, Iowa! Here’s a raw cut packed with a look at the riding that went down. It looks like there was a real solid turn out from guys all over from Milwaukee to Minnesota and more that made the trip for the contest. Hit play and take it all in!
