Woodward East – BMX Vert Demo

There’s no doubt that vert riding has seen some smaller numbers over the years between the intimidating size of the ramp and overall accessibility to vert ramps around the world, but there’s still plenty of interest in it. To inspire some of the younger riders out there, Woodward East threw demo with a few of the pros dropping in to give the campers a look at just what can be done on a vert ramp. Here’s a look at what went down during the session!

Animal Bikes In London

You know good things are going to happen when you drop Mike Hoder and Chase DeHart in a city like London! Check out this fresh video for Animal Bikes where Mike and Chase met up with Fathead and Malick Cham to explore the city and stack clips. Here’s a look at what they were able to produce during their stay. Great riding and spots, and some clean film work. Can’t complain about that. Enjoy!

“A month back while The Street Series was doing its thing worldwide, Animal’s Mike Hoder and Chase Dehart hopped over the Atlantic for a trip to Old Blighty to sample some grimy brick gems. Animal UK’s No Donuts OG Fat Head also made it down to London from t’north to supply some chit-chat and whoppers, along with local newbie Malick Cham. Despite some classic UK summer weather the guys held it down and came out with some classy street nugs. Enjoy!

The other weekend was the Simple Summer Session over in Riga, Latvia where a bunch of pros rolled into town for the park and street contests! “In the summer of 2017 one of the most anticipated BMX events Simple Session traveled south for the first time. At the peak of the Nordic summer it headed to the very heart of Latvia’s capital, the spectacular city of Riga. The best BMX park and street riders from around the world went head to head on a massive Wessel designed outdoor course on the city’s legendary Freedom Monument bridge. Also skateboarding best trick went down.

With 17-years of history under it’s belt the Simple Session has grown into one of the most prestigious and international action sports contests in the world. Besides the notorious winter-season event series, Simple Session has hosted its comps during the summer in the very heart of Estonia’s capital Tallinn and Finland’s capital Helsinki. Now it was time for Riga.

The Simple Session celebrates everything that is amazing in BMX and skateboarding bringing the whole BMX and skate world together for a fun time of incredible riding, parties and friends.

Tall Order Tour – Day 2

Day two of the Tall Order Tour featuring Matty Cranmer, Sebastian Keep, Tom Graves, Oliver Jones, Matt Harris and Tom van den Bogaard takes the crew to two different skateprks that made for real good sessions. The first was a huge cement park and the second was the always dialed Rawmpworx Skatepark. Check out some highlights from both of the sessions, along with a few laughs along the way! There’s even a few Joe Jarvis guest clips in there, too.

Here’s a two-fer for you on this Monday morning! Snakebite uploaded two sections from the “Dig 25” BMX video that came out in back in 2002. The first video is a flatland section from one of the York Jams, then we get a short but sweet section from the Solame Trails below that. Two different worlds in BMX, and very much worth checking out.
