Incline Club Session

Although most of the videos on Scotty Cranmer‘s Youtube channel have been challenges, games and other random things the crew cooked up, there’s always room for a regular old fashioned session. Here’s a video from some riding time at Big Boy, Matty Cranmer and Mike Shimak got in at the Incline Club. The weather was nice outside, so these guys had the place pretty much all to themselves! Check out what went down!

“Today I had Physical Therapy so the boys had a session at my skatepark . Big Boy and Matty ended up meeting with Shimak at my skatepark. It was a pure BMX session! They were calling out tricks, learning new ones, getting tech, going huge, and of course just having an a bunch of laughs for the boys. Brant Moore’s Ridiculous Icepick Combo

Earlier today we posted a video featuring Carlos Espinosa doing a trick called the “Optimus” which inspired Brant Moore to cook up a ridiculous icepick variation that required him to take his front wheel off mid stall…. We’re talking icepick, pull out his socket and take the wheel off, spin it around, re-install it and some how manage to drop in. Watch the video below… What would you call this trick? Brant seems to be leaning toward Fidget Spinner based off his Instagram post.. It kind of reminded me of a Roulette table when the wheel was spinning in his hand, which kind of fits since it’s a risky trick.

Profile Racing – Dillon Leeper: 2 Years on the Z-Coaster

It has been about two years now since Profile Racing released their patented Z-Coaster Hub that combines a cassette and a freecoaster all into one dialed hub. Dillon Leeper has been running the hub since the prototype stages and has been on his current hub for over a year and a half. The latest Weird & Revered video has arrived. This time around Justin Schwanke show us what him and his friends got into during the brutal Canadian winter. Luckily they had a few indoor parks and Justin’s garage ramps to keep things interesting. Check out what went down!

S&M Bikes – 30 Year Anniversary Party Video

This past weekend the S&M Bikes crew celebrated 30 years in business by throwing a massive party for everyone to come together from the guys that have been there since day one all the way to the current team riders, fans of the brand, BMX legends and more. They ended up with at least 1000 people showing up and needless to say the trails sessions, rail jam, live music, video premiere and everything lead to some damn good times! Carlos Espinosa – Bicycle Joker

Here’s one we had pointed out by Brant Moore that we probably would have missed. VC Clothing in Chile dropped this video featuring Carlos Espinosa getting a flatland session. Now, the riding is dialed, but there was one trick in particular that caught our attention…. Carlos has a trick that he calls the “Optimus Bike” where he literally removes the front and rear wheel from his bike mid trick and keeps it going until he jumps off and takes the wheels in his arms like Optimus Prime would in the Transformers (well, kind of… You get the idea.) Although technically he doesn’t “land the trick”, I think that’s the whole point of it… To walk away like a robot with the bike becoming a part of him versus being a bike. Take a look below, the trick starts at the 1:50 mark.

BSD – Kriss Kyle Spring 2017 Bike Check

Let’s take a look at Kriss Kyle’s current BSD setup!

It’s that time again! BSD caught up with Kriss Kyle to take a closer look at his current signature Passenger setup decked out 100% in BSD parts. As always, Kriss has a clean setup with the slammed seat and everything looking dialed. It doesn’t appear to have any sneak peeks on it beyond the new Gorilla Grip Over Size Bar and Stem that uses the 25.4mm bar and stem size.
