Monster 2017 Toyota BMX Triple Challenge Highlights: Anaheim, CA on Vital BMX

This past weekend some of BMX’s finest dirt contest riders made their way to Anaheim, California to take on the Monster Energy and Toyota BMX Triple Challenge that went down during the supercross race. Trey Jones – Floating Mini Ramp

It looks like Trey Jones caught the Youtube bug from his time with Scotty Cranmer. Trey launched the “FloriDeah” channel and he’s already kicking ass with some videos that are bound to be loaded with antics, plenty of laughs and some dialed riding. Above is the first video (well, the channel trailer is below that was technically first) where Trey and the crew build a floating mini-ramp and have some fun. We have a feeling we’re going to see a lot of shit blow up on this channel, too. Hit play and take a look!

The Daily Grind – New Years Eve Session

On New Years Eve, some of The Daily Grind crew decided to head out a trip to stack a few clips for their new full-length project that’s in the work. Here’s a look at a bunch of real solid clips they stacked that we can assume didn’t make the cut.

“Troy Merkle, Grant Ueberroth, Trent Lutzke, Luke Cameron, and Gremlin went on a short trip to film for the next DG DVD in Tennessee to try to escape the cold Ohio Temperatures, despite the constant mist it was a fun trip.”

Garrett Reynolds Props Bio Redux

Yesterday Props uploaded Garrett Reynolds’ Props Bio from Issue 75 online. They also released this Redux video that’s a remix of the actual part, loaded with second angles, crashes and more that didn’t make the cut for the full part. It’s hard to imagine some of these clips not making the cut, but apparently it happened.

Skatepark Curse Destroyed

If you remember the Scotty Cranmer Skatepark Straight to the Hospital video, then this place might look familiar. Big Boy, Matty Cranmer, Ricky Hoffman and Cory Berglar made a trip to the Princeton park for a chilly, but productive session to break the curse that has been hovering since the last trip to the park.

“Last time we went to Princeton skatepark it Scotty, BK, and myself. We were not even 15 minutes into the session and Scotty did a up rail to one handed whip and slit his wrist right open. I had to take him to the hospital and the skatepark became a cursed skatepark on our list. I took some of the boys back and we had an awesome session but it still might have the curse!”

Team Island Mixtape Vol. 1

The Team Island crew over in Cyprus hit us with a link to their new Mixtape that features the crew out cruising spots and skateparks and just having fun. The Team Island crew is a younger up and coming crew. This is loaded with some solid riding and it’s clear these guys are enjoying their time on their bikes! Check it!

“After months of hard work we are proud to show our project! Our team rider Vadym Voloshyn got messed up on the first day of filming this mixtape but after 1 month of recovery we got back on track with filming and travelling across Cyprus island representing Teamislandbmx.
