Shadow Conspiracy – Lewis Colascione “Quad-CL”

October 12, 2023

Lewis Colascione is back after a knee injury that took him out!

It has been about two years since we’ve seen a fresh video from Lewis Colascione, and that’s because he had knee surgery and long recovery. Since he has been back on the bike, Lewis has been busy stacking clips to finish up the video project that has been a long time coming. Here’s 3 years worth of footage packed into this banger of a video for The Shadow Conspiracy. Get on that play button and enjoy!

“Shadow team rider Lewis Colascione went down a couple years ago to a serious knee injury on a filming trip. He underwent surgery to fix the knee and then began the long grind of rehab and working back up to riding strength.

Due to the unexpected break from riding this video took almost 3 years to create and was mostly filmed on Long Island NY with a few small trips included. After a long recovery from knee surgery Lewis was motivated to keep pushing that passion for riding, exploring different areas & finding spots.

Monster – Lost Files: Pat Casey, Kevin Peraza & Mike Varga In Toronto

October 11, 2023

Monster came across some footage filmed before Pat Casey passed away this past summer.

Here’s a video Monster Energy released from a video project that Pat Casey, Kevin Peraza and Mike Varga were working on this past summer before Pat passed away in a dirt bike accident. As always, Pat was delivering with amazing riding, same with Kevin and Mike. You won’t want to miss this one.

“A film created by Tyler Rizzi. #PatCaseyForever 💚

“It was 2017, a time in between contests. It was Pat and Kevin’s first time in Toronto, Canada where I filmed them in Varga’s backyard in Whitby, Ontario. I think Varga had just gotten some additions to his ramp and same with Pat. So the idea was to film mainly Pat at Varga’s house with some trio clips of them all, and then film the other half of the video at Pat’s house.” – Tyler Rizzi

“Unfortunately, the time for all of them to go to Pat’s never really lined up due to conflicting schedules, injuries and contests so the other half of the video never got filmed. Enjoy what was & what is possibly one of the most iconic BMX clips we have ever seen of this crew together.

We miss you Pat.” – Monster Energy

October 11, 2023

Ryan Howard celebrates turning 37 with 37 clips!

It’s always a good day when you get some fresh Ryan Howard footage to check out! Ryan recently celebrated his 37th birthday, so he went to work stacking 37 clips for your viewing pleasure. All four pegs were put to very good use for this one, so get on that play button!

“I set a goal for myself to film 37 clips for my 37th birthday. I spent the last week getting sessions in before and after work at my local park grinding it out to make that a reality. It was a real challenge but I’m hyped that I’m still able to progress and push my riding in ways that are interesting to me even with the limitations of a prefab skatepark I’ve been riding for 20 years. Real joints in the streets are in the stash for the next @us.andthem video and a forth coming @animalbikes part but I’m stoked on all the things I was able to accomplish for this.” – Ryan Howard

“Rain couldn’t slow down the 11th annual Nowear BMX Corn Huckit jam!!

The 2023 Corn Huckit Jam went down September 23rd in Nebraska and was an amazing time!
Countless hours have went into building the Nowear Compound by an incredible amount of people. At the center are Karl and Carrie Hinkley. The Nowear Compound has outdoor ramps, trails, mega jumps using fmx ramps, a barn ramp, a semi drop, an indoor skatepark, a brand new 40×40 flatland pad and so much more. All of this is free to ride by anyone year round!
All Karl asks is that people planning to visit reach out first.

This is truly a special place for riders of all kinds. Check it out if you can!!! www.nowearbmx.com” – Brant Moore

Trey Jones – Hurricane Spots

October 9, 2023

A behind the scenes look at Trey Jones’ latest Vans video part!

If you caught Trey Jones‘ latest Vans video part, you would have seen that he rode a bunch of wild spots that were caused by hurricane Ian that rolled through this past summer. Now we get a look at this raw cut giving us a behind the scenes look at what went into finding these gems hidden in the wreckage. This is definitely a really wild one to see, so get on that play button!

“Hurricane Ian was a deadly and extremely destructive Category 5 Atlantic hurricane, which was the third-costliest weather disaster on record, the deadliest hurricane to strike the state of Florida since the 1935 Labor Day hurricane. A byproduct of this tragedy was the remanence of damage left a unique wasteland of beach resorts turned into destructive spots. Months after Ian made landfall, Trey Jones, Marcel Anderson, Dave McDermot, and filmer Chris Gregson roamed the coast of one city to explore those spots. Riding these spots and respecting the loss of property/life are not mutually exclusive and we are not making light of the tragedy surrounding Hurricane Ian.” – Our BMX
