Battle In the Rockies 2015

Here’s a BMX video we spotted over on Flat Matters from this years Battle in the Rockies that went down a few weeks back in Denver, Colorado. This video is a full recap of the amazing riding that went down between all the different classes. It’s safe to say this event is turning out to be one of the best contests for flatland in the year. Vincent De La Rue 2015 Show Reel

Stay Strong – Craig Teague In California 2015

Craig Teague recently spent some time out in California (and Nevada) cruising the Stay Strong Compound, Woodward West, Sheep Hills and a handful of other spots, along with snowboarding, skateboarding, doing donuts in an SUV and more. Check out highlights from the trip in the BMX video above. Definitely some damn good riding in this. Looks like it was a good trip to us!

Mat Olson – 7th Street Bridge King Revisited

Here’s a rad story that the Star Telegram local news station did with Mat Olson down in Texas talking about the crazy 7th Street Bridge Arches in Fort Worth that he rode quite a while back. Mat gives us a little insight into how he got into BMX, some of the injuries he’s stacked up over the years and how the idea of riding the bridge came about and the consequences he faced when he met the cops on the other end. Interesting story for sure!

Life On A Boat with Mannie Nogueira

A few months back, our friend and photographer Nick Nogueira hit us up about a trip that he was taking to meet up with his brother and flatland rider, Mannie Nogueira, who had been spending the past few months riding BMX during live shows on a cruise ship. Nick asked if we would be interested in checking out the final results once he got back, and of course we couldn’t turn that down! We hadn’t heard anything, then today Nick hit us up with some words and a bunch of photos from the trip where he got a front row seat into just what Mannie had been up to lately. We’ve seen BMX pop up in some interesting places and we’ve seen BMX lead riders to places all around the world doing what they’re good at. This is definitely one of those interesting places and stories to say the least, and it left us a little bit jealous! Take a look and see just why!

Devon Lampman Rides BMX on a Broken Bridge

One of the cool things about BMX is that you can pretty much find something to ride out of even the worst situations. Devon Lampman had the chance to ride a bridge that crumbled to the ground recently. This is a pretty short but sweet one, but none the less a BMX video worth taking a peek at.

Sneak Peek: Odyssey BMX – Purple Rain Dugan Pedals

If you have been riding BMX for a while, you will undoubtably recognize this one. We just got a sneak peek look at the return of the PURPLE RAIN colorway that they will be offering on the Tom Dugan signature Grandstand pedals from the crew over at Odyssey! No word if this will be making an appearance on more of their parts beyond the pedals, but our guess would be they’ll be offering it on a number of products like they did a few years back. I’d imagine a bunch of shops will be pumped because these apparently sold like crazy the last go around. We will keep you posted if we hear anything more!
