Here’s a BMX video we had sent through featuring 8 year old Martín Touriño getting down at a few different parks out in Spain. Martin might be a young gun, but he has a solid bag of tricks and he definitely gets creative, which is a good thing to see. Hit play and take a look!
Snakewoods Last Call
It’s always a bummer to hear about a set of trails that aren’t going to be around too much longer. But, unfortunately that’s just part of the game. The Snakewoods trails have been a staple in the Australian trails scene for a long time and they recently got their notice that they’re going to be removed to make room for a bunch of shit that isn’t the trails. So, in true BMX fashion, the whole crew got together for a 4 day bash of booze, riding, more booze and a bunch of partying. Check out this BMX video to take it all in.
“I have to say that Snakewoods is definitely one of my favourite places!! I can’t think of many better things then not showering for 4 days, getting absolutely shit faced in the bush, and riding some of the best trails in Australia with the best dudes goin!! Unfortunately around June next year all that is going to come to an end when they get demolished for some stupid development! So this was it… The Snakewoods Last Call Jam. Three days of getting blind and riding with with some of the raddest dudes in the australian bmx scene.
Featured Riders: Jonny Mackellar, Dylan Lewis, Will Gunn, Timmy Weekes, Dempsey Orr, Raine Turnbull, Thomas Bridges, Luke Bridges, Brad Taylor, Cody Pollard, Wilton Hedley, Brendan Hanson, Brent Archer, Remy Morten, Tama Lewis, Moe Russ, Chris James, Jordan Daniel, Mitch Brown, Damien Kluver and everyone else!!

Kazuma TV – New York – Philly Tour
One thing that’s awesome about BMX is that you can travel all over the world and meet up with riders and see iconic spots. Kazuma Tsushi, Akira Takao and Mao Yuasa made a trip from Japan to the United States where they linked up with Joey Piazza and Mark Gralla to get a proper tour of New York City and Philadelphia street spots. Check out what these guys got into, along with some riding clips from Edwin Delarosa, Derek Adams, Dave Krone and more! This looks like it was one hell of a trip.
Flat Blvck
There must be something in the water in Salt Lake City that causes riders to pump out some interesting BMX videos. Here’s a video Matthew Windsor put together that is packed full of some damn good riding from the streets along with some extras that will leave you wondering what the hell is going on. All and all… 15 minutes of pure goodness!

XSA Invitational F1 Flyer and Promo Video
The XSA Invitational F1 contest is going down October 8th – 10th at the Sochi Olympic Park over in Russia! The reason this one is called the F1 is because it’s literally going down as part of the Gran Prix Forumula 1 race! This is definitely going to be a unique combo for an event, but we’re sure things will get nuts and it will be a good time. Check out the flyer and full details below!
Tony Malouf Off BSD

Well here’s a bit of interesting news we didn’t see coming. Tony Malouf has announced on Twitter that after seven years on BSD, they have parted ways. No word on if it was mutual or if Tony has another deal lined up or what, but only time will tell.
Not to say we had a feeling something was up, but we did notice at Interbike, BSD didn’t mention much of anything about his signature Beverage frame, when all the other existing frames in the line up were given updates like investment cast dropouts for 2016, which was weird. I guess we know why, huh?
Any guesses where he might go? There’s been a few shake ups with Stranger lately… That’s our guess.
Sneak Peek: Mutiny Bikes – Ridiculously Big Bar

Here’s one we caught a look at Interbike the other week. Mutiny Bikes have a new set of bars in the works that are, well, big. No, they’re not 10″ or even 11″ rise, but they are still big! The Ridiculously Big Bar will be available next month and is made from heat-treated, straight gauge 4130 chromoly with a 9.5″ rise, 30″ width, 1-degree of upsweep and 12-degrees of backsweep.
We’re assuming since all of the other bars from Mutiny are available in black and chrome, that will be the case for these beasts as well. Expect them to hit BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Mutiny Bikes in October.
Let’s be real.. 9.5″ rise is pretty ridiculous. Who remembers riding 6″ rise bars?
