Here’s the Square One “Up In Arms” video from 2001 that came out on VHS and featured Ty Stuyvesant, Ryan “Biz” Jordan, Garrett Byrnes, Dave Jacobs, Brian Wizmerski, Chris Doyle, Mike Aitken, Nate Wessel, Mike Szczesny and more! Square One had one of the best teams back in the day and this is a clear indicator of that. If you want to see a BMX video filled with legends… This is definitely one to watch!
Leon Angel Restrepo – An Angel In The Heat
Here’s a pretty amazing story for you young guns looking for some inspiration! Leon Angel Restrepo pulled together enough money to make it from Colombia to go to Estonia for Simple Session. While he was there, although he didn’t really have a plan, Ruben Alcantara was stoked enough to take the kid in for a little in Malaga, Spain for while before heading to France for FISE this week! They had some time, so Leon got the chance to film this dialed video from some of the sessions he got in at Ruben’s park! Needless to say, this kid has A LOT of talent and I have a feeling he will be one rider we need to keep an eye out for! I mean let’s be real… If Ruben Alcantara is down to put you up and help get your name out, you are doing something right!
“Angel is a true adventurerer. To fulfill his dream of traveling europe his hometown collected money, so he can compete at Simple Session and Fise. He got a bit of lost in estonia but luckely he run into the right person. Ruben Alcantara. Ruben invited him to Malaga where he stayed for a couple of days to prepare him for FISE Contest this week. Ruben and me shared Ideas of how we could help this brave young man and we came up with the idea to make a video for him.
With just a few hours to go we had no choice but to film in the burning sun but he took it like a champ. You could feel his strong will to progress and explore his own and the boundaries of bmx in general. Dont be fooled, this was just him warming up. He got all sorts of frontflip combos and even cashrolls in his bag. Remember the Name !

Sneak Peek: Division Brand – Sierra Grips
Division Brand just dropped this sneak peek look at their new Sierra grips that will be hitting Australia in June and the rest of the world in July! No details just yet, but they look to have angled ribs throughout along with straight ribs with what appears to be a Division logo(?) and color options of black, grey and gum. Expect more closer to the release.
