Product: Federal Bikes – Drop V2 Fork

Have you been searching around for a new BMX fork lately? Have you given the Federal Bikes Drop V2 fork a look yet? This fork is made from 100% 20/20 heat-treated 4130 chromoly with a one-piece steerer tube with built in integrated headset race, butted and tapered legs that are wider apart to fit the 2.40″ tires, Investment Cast 30mm offset drop outs that are 6mm thick with a Federal logo laser etched into them and a new H24 compression cap (originally H25) to increase the strength of the top of the steerer tube. The Drop fork is available in 3/8″ only with color options of black, chrome and raw and a weight of 2 lbs. 4 oz.

Kink – One Hit Wednesday: Albert Mercado Video

Just because Albert Mercado jumped off a bridge, does that mean you have to, too? Probably not after you see this clip Kink just dropped for this weeks One Hit Wednesday!

“Albert spotted this caveman while we were filming trip for Squash It in Tucson, AZ. The bridge is obviously stupid high and the bank is super short for the drop, but Albert decided to send it anyway. Luckily the crash only resulted in a few weeks off of his bike, it could have been much more ugly. Albert is an animal.”

Merritt – Tension Hub Guard Test

Company Property – 180 Distribution

Ride BMX dropped the 2nd video in their “Company Property” series for your viewing pleasure. The second video takes us to 180 Distribution (Home of Volume Bikes) for a session with Broc Raiford, Gary Young, Stevie Churchill, Caleb Quanbeck, Connor Lodes, Josh Clemens, Travis Hughes, Sean Ricany and Demarcus Paul! You already know there’s a ton of great riding in this BMX video.

“Company Property involves a trifecta of ramp setups (TIP, Full Factory, and 180 Distro) and three camps of riders, all seasoning together over the course of two days. No competition, no prize to win, just raw BMX that’s the product of 9 hand-picked riders (3 from each camp). This is the 180 Distro session.

Team Des Moines – Mike Porter: Trial and Error

This is what we’re talking about! Mike Porter might be one of the old dudes holding it down for the 40+ crowd, but he’s got plenty of front brake magic and is an all around kickass guy. Check out this video of him getting some time in at a few parks down in Iowa, the Gnar Barn and Over the Top Skatepark in Minnesota. The filming is a little rough, but still awesome. Enjoy!
