We have been seeing BMX popping up in commercials all the time lately. Here’s one we caught on TV last night and had a pretty good laugh. Although they are going with his real name for these Intel commercials, Jim Parsons will always be Dr. Sheldon Cooper to us, haha! Apparently this technology can eye up gaps for you before you huck yourself! Pretty sweet. Take a peek.
Also… Who the hell builds wood doubles? TV producers are funny.
Just spotted this short but sweet gem of Brian Tunney over on Flat Matters! It’s always good seeing something new from Brian who continues to crush it after all these years. I know he’s a busy guy, so anything we can get out of him is more than awesome!
“This is one trick I did in Newport Beach, California at a flatland jam. The rider cruising the bar ride and bailing halfway through the frame is former Mongoose/Vans pro Rick Allison, whom I once had photos of on my wall as a teenager. And the video was shot by Robin Fenlon, whom I miss on a daily basis since leaving the South Bay. I was originally going to save this for a bigger project, but I’ll just show it now and reuse it later since I don’t care about that kinda thing.” – Brian Tunney
Oliver Jonasson and the Youth crew have been feeling the cold temps from the winter and getting their sessions indoors. Here’s some footage from some time the crew spent at their local park! If you like grinds and freecoaster action, you’ll be a fan of this one!
There’s no way we could have gone without our daily fix of footage from Portugal! Tiago Rato just hit us with a link to this rad mix edit featuring Fernando Vieira, Petrov Dias, Adrien Malmberg, Miguel Cardoso, Andre Palma, Bruno Espanha, Pedro Ferreira, Carlos Duarte, Nuno Costa, Diogo Santos, Max Sav, Miguel Vieira and himself getting down on the streets! This has a gritty feel to it with filming done on a VX1 and a chill vibe! Hit play and take it all in!
While we got you! There’s a jam going down in Lisbon, Portugal on March 14th! Get the full details right here!
