About a week ago we got a look at the new Alloy pedals from Tree Bicycle Co., now today we get a look at their new plastic pedals! Using the same design as the alloy pedals, they have replicated the body with a nylon/ fiberglass blend and given the body plenty of extra knurling and 10 molded pins for traction. Inside you can find unsealed bearings and a solid heat-treated chromoly spindle for strength. These pedals are available now through all shops and mail-orders that carry Tree Bicycle Co. now.

Have you seen the new Astro sprocket from Kink yet? This sprocket is CNC machined from 4.5mm thick heat-treated chromoly steel that provides extra strength for the lightweight atom looking design. The Astro sprocket comes in sizes of 25, 28 and 30 tooth that are available in a 19mm and 22mm spline drive or a regular bolt drive version with a 24mm bore that includes 19mm and 22mm adaptors. Mongoose – Express Holiday Delivery

The people at Mongoose decided to take a new route to shipping this year and put their BMX and mountain bike team to work getting packages from A to B. Take a look at how they get it done in this new video!

“From the UK to California, the whole Mongoose crew helped deliver a holiday miracle in this edit. On his way to drop off the very last package of the year Santa gets a little too excited riding trails that he gets a flat and can’t finish the job. So what does he do? Well, he calls the Mongoose Express to lend a helping hand. Watch Greg Illingworth, Kevin Peraza, Paul Ryan, Steve McCann, Greg Watts, Chris Akrigg and Mike Montgomery make sure they get the parcel to the right place all while riding a few great places along the way. And Ben Wallace is still recovering with his knee so he gets to sit by a pool sipping on a fancy drink.
