Here’s a video that Matt Nicklen put together from the Elephant Distribution jam they through back on December 29th! Take a peek at what went down on the box jump they built for the day out in the parking lot. Looks like it was a good time to me.
Signature BMX – Mikael Savolainen Wheelin’
Signature BMX had a few clips of Mikael Savolainen laying around from this past summer, so they decided instead of letting them go to waste that they would cook up with new edit for you to enjoy. Take a peek!

Paul Langlands fits pretty much every dirt trick I could think of all into one session at his home trails. If he could make it over to the USA for Dew Tour, he might have a shot!
La Cribs Jam

The La Cribs jam was divided into 3 spots that the riders sessioned, and that;s just about all of the info I have on this one. One thing i sure know it that they straight murdered that little rail!
Merritt – Charlie Crumlish Cross Check Grip Ad
Merritt gave Charlie Crumlish his own grip, and now his own ad for his own grip. Makes sense, right? See it int he next Dig.
Total BMX Team News
Never would I have thought that a press release about a team not changing was worth posting. Not until this year, that is. Sounds like the entire Total team is going to be safe for at least the next 357 days. Also, there is some contest news that might be of interest if you like in the UK:
“In these times of austerity we have seen so many awesome riders getting fired from sponsors and a lot of brands pull out of BMX all together, and it has been a bit depressing reading the press releases each day. We have to stop the rot, ha.
We are happy to share a bit of positive news as we are delighted to announce our ongoing commitment to support BMX and our riders by signing Daniel Sandoval, Kyle Baldock and Todd Meyn on fresh improved contracts along with Mark Webb and Alex Coleborn signing new ones in the summer past.
Our riders are a part of our brand we value above all else, so we are blessed that they choose to ride for Total BMX and are loyal to our cause. Riders for riders and all the clichés you want, but its true and with these fellow riders support we have been able to come a long way and the loyalty goes both ways.
We also have a plan to run an Amateur contest series in the U.K. Which will have a year end title up for grabs.More news to follow on the Total BMX Amateur series as soon as we are further down the line with it.
Hope to see you at an event this year with the Total BMX Crew letting loose, first up Simple Session 14, lets party!
Cheers,
Ronnie Remo.”
Sneak Peek: Subrosa – Noster II Frame

Here’s a little sneak peek that I’m real stoked on. Subrosa dropped this sneak peek of the second version of Simone Barraco’s signature Noster frame that will be available in April! This time around they’ve given it this translucent gold colorway that looks so, so good, gave the head tube a 75.5-degree angle, made the drop outs smaller and removed the brake mounts! Expect more details closer to its release!
