Shadow has a new line of hub guards out that should suit both weight conscious riders and heavy street destroyers. For someone that stays on the pegs like me, chromoly guards made a big difference and are one of the best BMX part innovations in recent memory. Get all of the details here.
We The People – Mike Curley Summer 2013 Edit
Mike Curley – Summer 2013 from CSG UK on Vimeo.
What a work of art. Few BMX filmers ever create something this well thought out and filmed. A lot of time and effort went into this, on both sides of the lens. We The People has to be stoked! Mike Curley and Will Evans are both bosses in their respective roles.
The Bakery – Mutiny Bikes Special Recipe w/ Grant Castelluzzo & Brandon Hoerres
Grant Castelluzzo and Brandon Hoerres really take advantage of the mobile nature of the ramps and make some really cool set ups for this “Special Recipe”. You get what you want from this one: Grant goes hard on the tech game and Brandon drops hard tricks with that ease that made everyone love him long ago in that old Props section. Happy Friday!
Instagram Slam 6 – Gabe Brooks, Sean Morr and Catfish
Gabe Brooks, Sean Morr and Catfish make your trick dreams a reality for Instagram Slam 6. Unlike other editions, it seems like people were asking for tricks that were within their abilities, instead of just sending through some video game nonsense. Good stuff.
Tech As Shit – Premises Park

Never has there been a more appropriate name from a group of riders. All of these guys have insane technical skill, and you get the feeling that that are having fun the whole time too and not getting too stressed about filming. TAS never dissapoints!

This sucks, because no matter how good the riding is, all I could think of is this. So much so, that halfway through I muted the Vimeo video and played this song over it. I couldn’t help it.

Sobolev Andrey Edit

It took some balls to make a serious edit cut to a down tempo, emotional Nicki Minaj song. Due to some filming choices, and more importantly editing choices, it actually worked out really well. It might not have the most insane moves in it, but it made me appreciate this more than so many other edits with harder tricks. Good job all around, guys!
