Ben Lewis recently built up a fresh new all black setup, so Fit Bike Co. caught up with him to take a closer look! Not only is this thing super dialed, its has a prototype Fit fork on it. Stephen Murray Moves His Arms
Holy… Shit. This is amazing. As many of you know, a few years back, Stephen Murray took a serious crash that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Since then, Stephen has been pushing himself to get motion back in his body and it looks like whatever they’re doing is starting to work! Above is a video of him moving his arms on his own. Absolutely incredible.

ESPN’s behind the scenes series on The Shadow Conspiracy comes to a conclusion today. I’ve loved the whole thing and I think it does a great job representing what Ronnie and all of the guys are about. Even if you missed the others, this can stand alone and make sense by itself.
