Rest In Peace Bryce Buchholz

Damn… This is mega sad news. I didn’t know who Bryce Buchholz was, but this kid was taken way too early because some idiot. Rest in peace, Bryce.
“14 year old Bryce Buchholz was riding home from a session in downtown Lancaster, NY last night when he was struck and killed by a drunk driver.
There’s been an outpouring of respect sent his way from pros like Aaron Ross which is awesome to see but doesn’t make this any less of a bummer. I guess Bryce was actually riding Aaron’s signature Orange Crush Funday when he was hit. The students in his middle school all wore orange today in memory of Bryce Buchholz.
My stomach turned when I heard the news, I knew the kid from the local skatepark in Buffalo, NY and the accident happened not 10 minutes from my house. 5 minutes from Sunday Bikes owner Jim Cielencki’s old place as well.
The craziest shit of all, the drunk driver tried to hit and run but was chased down by a good samaritan. Rest in peace.” – TCU
My Spot with Viki Gomez
Little flatland action to start your Sunday off.
“On a recent trip to Europe, I visited Madrid, Spain, home of legendary flatland pro Viki Gomez, a pro for Red Bull, Suelo BMX and his own brand of frames, Phenix. Because it was rising, Gomez decided to show me his favorite rainy day spot at home. The spot is an outdoor sculpture museum under an overpass in downtown Madrid, and Gomez has every flatland line dialed. Music by Big Wilson River “Twenty Little Soldiers.” Filmed and edited by Matt Brown.” – ESPN
