Insight: Colony X Vans Shoes
A few months back, there was some talk of a collaboration shoe that Colony was doing with Vans. I mean, the whole thing made sense, but I didn’t know for sure and didn’t really dig too deep into it. Then one day an unexpected box showed up and as soon as I saw that it was from Vans, I knew was going to be in for a treat. Sure enough, I open the box and there’s not one, but two different Colony X Vans shoes inside. I was really stoked on how the shoes turned out and then found out I was to keep things hush hush until closer to the release… over a month away.
After I have been staring and wearing these shoes for a few weeks now, I finally got the okay to let you guys get a closer look at the shoes since both will be available next Thursday (March 1st). Face Time: Sergio Layos
A little update from one of the most stylish dudes in BMX!
“After an unreal paella cookout courtesy of the Layos Brothers, I sat down with Fly Bikes/etnies pro Sergio Layos in a small town outside of Madrid, Spain to talk about some new signature products he has coming out from Fly Bikes as well as etnies. Let the record show that Sergio’s entire family can cook on a level equivalent of his riding. We also drove there in a 1950’s Citroën DS, further supporting the evidence that everything Sergio does is done with a style all his own.
