Here’s some gold we spotted over on Can You Dig It for you guys to check out. If you have been wondering what the one and only Derrick Girard has been up to lately, well, we have the answer. Derrick has been living up in Maine and has fired up DRG Machine LLC. What does that mean? It means he’s started a machine shop and it turns out he’s been firing out some BMX sprockets. The Quad Saw is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a 15/16″ center bore (24mm) with a etched “Made In Main”, size and “Quad Saw” logo. The sprocket is available in 28-tooth, 33-tooth and 36-tooth sizes with colors of raw and black, weights of 2.9 oz. (28), 3.8 oz. (33) and 4.6 oz. (36) and a price tag of $51.99 for raw, $53.99 for black and you can even get your own custom etched lettering for an extra $20 ($71.99 / $73.99).
The Quad Saw can be picked up direct from the DRG Machine webstore now. More photos below!
