This guard is CNC machined from aluminum and simply sides over the crank spindle and is attached using your cranks existing sprocket bolt to hold it all tight. The Disaster guard comes with 19 and 22mm adaptors, sizes of 25 and 28 tooth, colors of black, polished, purple splatter, copper splatter and red and a weight of 1.9 oz.

Maybe you just want or need a new sprocket. The affordable Sunday Bikes Sabretooth sprocket might just be what you want! This 6.5mm thick sprocket is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a clean 5-spoke design that helps reduce weight without sacrificing strength. You can find offset 1/8″ teeth for proper chain alignment and a 15/16″ bore with a 19mm adaptor that is included. Is that front hub of yours about toast? Maybe it’s time for an upgrade. Here’s a look at the Pilot V2 hub from Madera. This 36-hole hub that is made right here in the U.S.A starts out with a CNC machined alloy hub shell with recessed hub flanges for improved spoke protection. Inside you can find 2 precision sealed bearings, a hollow aluminum female center axle with 3/8″ chromoly bolts and aluminum cone spacers to seal it up. These multi-butted heat-treated 4130 chromoly bars made here in the U.S.A by Solid Bikes are available in 2 sizes; 8.35″ rise with a 29.5″ width or 8.65″ rise with a 29.25″ width. Both bars come with 12-degrees of backsweep and 2-degrees of upsweep. The 8.35″ version feature a crossbar height of 6.25″ and a 10.875″ width.
