Have you been considering 22mm cranks or been waiting for Profile Racing to release their Column cranks in chrome? Well, you’re in luck because Profile just released their Column cranks in chrome this week! These cranks start out with 4130 tubular chromoly arms with wrap around spindle and pedal bosses for increased strength along with a 22mm hollow heat-treated chromoly 48-spline spindle and 10mm aluminum hollow flush mount bolts to keep it all tight. The chrome cranks come in 175mm length only without sprocket bosses (Spline drive sprockets only). The Column cranks weigh in at 29.9 oz.! Sick of bending sprockets? Well, maybe you need to give the new Motus spline drive sprocket from The Shadow Conspiracy a go. This sprocket is CNC machined from 8mm thick 7075 alloy with a multi-level design that gives it a great look. The sprocket features 1/8″ offset teeth, a CNC machined Chain Wave which helps with chain alignment and a 48-spline, spline drive adaptor eliminating the need for a sprocket bolt. The Motus sprocket comes in 25 and 28 tooth versions with 19mm and 22mm versions available, colors of black, Crimson red, Perma blue, white, purple Tie Dye, raw polish and copper tie dye and a weight of 3.45 oz.
