Saturday’s are always something to look forward to and you better believe these Products: columns will keep coming! It’s that time again to get a look at 5 dialed BMX products you might just want or need! This time around we’ll be getting a closer look at the new Street Rail from Subrosa, the City front hub from The Daily Grind, the Dolmen cranks from Fly Bikes, the Madera Badge pivotal seat and then we will wrap things up with the 2015 Whip complete from Kink! Sometimes a good driveway session or having a rail at a spot that doesn’t have one could make for a good time. Subrosa have been working on their new Street Rail for a little while now and it’s about to be available worldwide. This rail is made from hardened high tensile steel with a 2.25″ round diameter tubing, with two 4′ long rail sections that are joined in the middle with a steel tube, bracket and heat-treated 17mm hex bolts for a strength. When this BMX specific rail is assembled it’s 8′ long and 18″ tall with a black coating for smooth grinding and a weight of 40 lbs. even.

The Street Rail will be available around September 15th, but you can have your local shop pre-order one for you today by having them get ahold of Sparky’s Distribution!

Is it time for a new front hub that can hold up to what you can throw at it out on the streets? Give the City hub from The Daily Grind a look! This hub starts out with an aluminum hub shell with reinforced flanges and laser-etched logo. Inside you can find two precision sealed bearings, a 15mm chromoly center axle and 3/8″ chromoly bolts to keep it all tight. This hub has optional hub guards for both sides for those of you looking for extra protection. The City hub comes in colors of black only with a weight of 9.1 oz.

On the hunt for some new cranks? Have you given Fly Bikes‘ 2.5-piece Dolmen cranks a look yet? These cranks start out with 175mm long, 1-piece investment cast heat-treated 4130 chromoly arms that have a bend resistant D shape that slide onto a CNC machined, heat-treated 22mm, 48-splined 4130 chromoly spindle that requires only 1 CNC machined bolt to hold it all tight. The Dolmen cranks are right and left side drive compatible, come in colors of black or polished and weigh in at 1.96 lb.

Has that seat of yours been through hell and back and could use replacing? Get a look at Madera‘s Badge pivotal seat. This mid style seat has plenty of padding that’s just enough without it being too fat or too thin. The padding is covered with a strong kevlar cover to help resist wear and tear with an embroidered Madera “M” logo. You can find plastic bumpers under the nose and tail section to help protect the seat and a hollow pivotal bolt to save a little weight. The Badge seat is available in black on black only with a weight of 9.6 oz.

Have you seen how good the 2015 completes from Kink look yet? Here’s a look at the Whip! This bike starts out with a 100% 4130 chromoly frame with a 20.5″ top tube length, 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 8.5″ stand over height, 11.75″ bottom bracket height and a 13.25″ chain stay length with a chromoly Kink Stout fork and Wolf CC 8.5″ rise bars. The rest of the bike is decked out with Kink and Mission parts. You can find the Kink Paragon grips, Kink Bolt top load 50mm reach stem, Kink Ridges 3-piece tubular chromoly 175mm cranks, Mission Cipher 25 tooth sprocket, Mission Impulse plastic pedals, Mission 410 chain, a Kink Chamberlin pivotal seat with a Mission post and clamp, a Mission Echo front hub laced to a Mission Merlot rim and Innova 2.30″ tire, a Mission React sealed cassette hub with 9-tooth driver laced to a Mission Mylar rim and Innova 2.30″ tire and the Mission Token brake lever, linear cable and Cease brakes to wrap it all up.
