This past week Profile Racing added another option for their popular Elite hub after a lot of requests. The Elite hub is CNC machined right here in the U.S out of aluminum and features a ratchet ring with a one-piece chromoly 9 or 10 tooth driver with 6 pawls creating 204 points of engagement and sounds like a swarm of bees when you are riding and 5 sealed bearings to keep you rolling smooth. Now they have added the option of running a 14mm male axle for those of you who want to run the hub, but would also like to grind without the fear of wrecking the female axle.
You can pick this hub up in right or left side drive with colors of black, polished, matte black, red, blue, gold, green, purple, white and aqua for right side drive or in black and polished with only a 9-tooth driver option for left side drive (for now). For existing Elite hub owners, a 14mm conversion kit has been made available that includes the axle, cones and jam nuts as well.

Looking into a new fork for your setup? Subrosa just released their new Battle fork for you to get your hands on. This 30mm offset fork is made from 4130 chromoly tubing with a 1-piece steerer tube that is post-weld heat-treated. This fork features a 38mm oversized crown that supports the larger 32mm legs that are fluted, butted and tapered with 6mm thick Investment cast drop outs at the bottom for increased strength. There is also an ED anti-rust coating, a 6061 hard anodized alloy top cap along with cut lines and recessed threads on the steerer tube. The Battle fork comes in colors of matte black, chrome and Cheetah black with a weight of 36.2 oz.
