So since you’re trying to go ride, let’s get into this real quick. Check it!

Are you a pretty heavy grinder that is always blowing out spokes and tearing up hubs? Maybe you need to get one of The Daily Grind‘s hub guards would be ideal for you. The hub guard is made from CNC machined 4140 chromoly which is strong as hell. They’ve also got a sweet DG logo laser etched into it as well. This guard is designed to fit on most rear cassette hubs. If you are having issues with it not fitting right, check out this little guide I put together a while back that might solve your issue. The guard is available in black with a weight of 5.65 oz.

You can pick one of these hub guards up direct from The Daily Grind’s web store for $28.99. If you’re trying to get one from your local shop, have them hit up The Daily Grind to get one ordered up.

Here’s a look at Aaron Ross’ signature Funday frame for 2013. This year the color is a little less bright, but it’s more dialed than ever. This 41-Thermal heat-treated frame has a 74.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height and a 13.25″ – 13.50″ chain stay length. The Funday also features the Wave down tube, angled removable brake mounts, the Director style wishbone, post weld machining of the bottom bracket and head tube for a precision bearing fit, hollow drop outs and integrated chain tensioners. Aaron’s frame also comes with the lifetime warranty which you can find out more about right here.

The frame will be available in 20.75″ and 21″ top tube lengths with a weight of 4.75 lbs and Vapor Blue for the color. Odyssey will have a matching Vapor Blue parts kit coming out with this frame as well. This frame will be available in September.

You will be able to pick one of these up on Dan’s Comp or if you want to get one as soon as it is out, have your local shop here in the U.S hit up Full Factory Distribution to get you one pre-ordered.

Looking for a new seat but you want something clean, lightweight and simple? Maybe the Superlight seat from Deluxe is what you need. This seat and seat post combo is all of those things. The aluminum post is 150mm long and is attached to a polypropylene seat base that has a soft padding covered with Kevlar for extra resistance to tearing. There’s also a embossed Deluxe logo on the seat as well. Combined, the seat weighs in at 7.6 oz. (210 grams). Now you don’t have to worry about your seat coming loose and you’re going to save some un-necessary weight.

Deluxe is currently sold out on their web store, but I’d imagine they will be getting more in stock soon. Hopefully they will be easier to get here in the U.S again shortly.
