This is the 20th edition of Products:. Crazy to think that it has been going on for 20 weeks already. This week we’re going to take a closer look at the Diamondback Forum complete bike, The Shadow Conspiracy‘s Ravager pedals, Zac Miner’s 2013 Miner frame from Colony, Tree Bicycle Co.‘s 4130 HT spline drive sprocket and the Madera Unity front load stem. Let’s get into this!

Diamondback U.K did a real good job with the Forum complete. This full 4130 chromoly frame with butted top and down tubes features a 4130 chromoly fork with tapered and butted legs, chromoly bars (8″ rise,28.25” width) , Diamondback 3-piece 48-spline cranks, a Diamondback CNC machined 25 tooth sprocket, 1/2 link chain, an Alienation Deviant rim laced to a sealed front female hub, an Alienation 440 rim laced to a Diamondback sealed female cassette rear hub with a 9 tooth driver, Diamondback Dual Clamp stem and a Diamondback embossed mid padded OPC Combo saddle. You can also find Odyssey‘s Aitken 2.25″ tan wall tires and Chase Hawk grips as well as a FSA High Impact integrated headset.

Looking for some fresh pedals? Over burning through plastic pedals every week? Take a look at The Shadow Conspiracy‘s Ravager alloy pedals. These low profile pedals are made from 6061-alloy with micro knurling to help keep those feet of yours in place. The Ravager pedals also feature a 4140 heat-treated spindle, sealed bearing (1 needle bearing and one cartridge bearing) and 8 pins on each side of the pedal. These also come with an extra set of 7mm pins and a hex wrench. The Ravager pedals weigh in at 21 oz. and come in colors of black, red, highlighter blue, yellow, raw polished, white and perma blue.

Not sure if you want to go back to metal pedals? They’re also available in a Plastic version.

Looking for a lightweight, but strong sprocket? Have you checked out the 4130 Heat-Treated spline drive sprocket from Tree Bicycle Co.? This sprocket is made from heat-treated 4130 chromoly with 3/32″ wide teeth and comes in two versions; one has a 22mm center hole with a steel adaptor to use on 19mm spindles or the other option that features the 19mm, 48-splined steel insert. The 4130 HT sprocket comes in sizes of 22, 25, 28 and 30 tooth options with black for the color.

Time for a new stem? Have you looked at the Madera Unity front load stem? This U.S made CNC machined aluminum stem comes in two versions; 48mm reach and 53mm reach, with a rise of 8.3mm and a stack height of 33mm. There’s also extra machining for a detailed look and extra weight savings. You can pick one of these up in black, Fall red and Snow with a weight of 9.2 oz. (48mm). Note: There is also a titanium bolt upgrade available that’s sold separately.

Colony have released their 2013 frames worldwide. Zac Miner’s signature Miner frame saw a few changes for the year as well. This full chromoly frame with a 75.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 8.5″ stand over height and a 13.25″ chain stay length. You can also find external and and internal gussets on the tapered top and down tube, heat-treated head tube, mid bottom bracket and 5mm thick CNC machined drop outs, a built in seat post clamp, removable brake mounts and their invest cast removable brake tabs. The Miner frame is available in 20.75″ and 21″ top tube lengths, color options of matte black, clear gloss raw and Midnight blue with a weight of 5.17 lbs. (21″).
