Those bars not spinning so smoothly anymore? Sunday have their new integrated headset available now. This 1-1/8″ headset has 45-degree tapered bearings with a 41.8mm outer diameter. The headset comes in colors of black, raw, anodized red and anodized blue with matching 3mm and 5mm spacers and weighs in at 2.3 oz.

Time for a new stem, but you can’t decide between a front or top load? Why not go for something in the middle. The 40 Stem from Profile Racing. This stem is CNC machined right here in the U.S.A and has a 40-degree angled top cap along with extra machining along the sides and top for extra weight savings and a clean look. You can pick this stem up in 46mm and 53mm lengths with color options of
polished, black anodized, red, gold, Burnt orange, purple, blue, aqua, white and green with a weight of 9.80 oz.

I know you think that bent fork is cool and you guys have been through a lot together, but it’s time you get yourself a new one. The And Forks 23 Fork is finally available. The 23 is made from 4130 seamless Japanese chromoly with a full post-weld heat-treating. You can find features like a 165mm long one-piece CNC machined steerer tube, legs that taper from 32mm to 25mm, internal butting on the legs, 5mm thick laser-cut drop outs with a CNC machined and recessed And Forks logo with a 23mm offfset, a built-in machined headset race and a CNC machined 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum top cap with a 6mm allen key slot. You can pick the 23 Forks up in clear raw, black and chrome with a U-Brake version also available.

Looking into getting new set of cranks? Take a look at the Orto cranks from 34R. These cranks feature heat-treated 4130 chromoly arms with Investment casting on the spindle and pedal bosses for additional strength and a hollow 19mm, 48 spline spindle. The Orto cranks come in 165mm and 175mm lengths and right or left hand drive versions with color options of matte black and chrome plated and a weight of 29.2 oz. These also come with a tool for installation and maintenance.

Wish you could ride like Tom Dugan? Me too… I’m not sure exactly how he goes as high as he does, but I know he does it on his signature TD350 frame from Fit Bike Co.. This full chromoly American made frame has a 74.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.75″ bottom bracket height, an 8.5″ standover height and a 13.6″ – 14″ chainstay length. The TD350 features a butted top tube, staight gauge tubing on the down tube, tapered straight gauge seat and chain stays, a low-profile chainstay wishbone, a reinforced heat tube, mid bottom bracket vents, an engraved logo on the head tube and a a investment cast seat post clamp. The frame is available in matte black, red, or gloss clear with top tube lengths of 20.5″, 20.75″, 21″ and 21.25″ and a weight of 4.71 lbs (20.5″).
