Red Bull caught up with Ruben Alcantara to find out more about his skatepark he designed and built in Malaga, Spain. This video is part 2 of the series and features Ruben getting a little riding time in while talking about how the park came to be the way it is. “Ruben Alcantara has spent his career traveling the globe riding the planet’s best skateparks. When the opportunity to be involved with the design process for a new park in his local town of Malaga, Spain arised he jumped at the chance.
Typically with Ruben however, he didn’t want just any old park and set about drawing influences from one of his other big loves, surfing.
