Relentless has a new series of videos coming through that showcase a bunch of different people who live their lives on their own terms. Obviously, Mark Webb will be one of the featured people. Here’s a quick preview, but you can find more out on the Relentless site. You can read the full description from the video after the jump.
“Relentless Energy Drink will this summer reveal its true identity as its own individual virtues are brought to life through a stirring series of short films featuring a host of artists, athletes and performers who personify this them, each in their own way.
First up is the brand new ‘Virtues’ advert – a one minute film of pure energy and commitment. With a soundtrack by, the visionary, Chase & Status, the film is a combination of provocative, yet beautiful imagery, epic music, and an impassioned voiceover from British actor Jason Flemyng.
Among these artists is Brazilian born, mixed martial arts champion, Roger Gracie. At 6ft 4″, and weighing 222 pounds, he can clearly take some punishment, but in the unrelenting discipline of Brazilian Ju-jitsu, even he must perform feats of physical endurance that would destroy a lesser man.
Also showcasing an uncompromising devotion to his art is Steph Carter, guitarist with Hardcore Punk Heroes, Gallows. A true road warrior, Steph unleashes a fire storm of riffs night after night, touring the world, and not stopping for anything.
Street-dancer, Zoe Green, shows that dancing is as much about pain as it is beauty, but her obsession to push things to the limit, and triumph as a B-girl in a world of B-boys, means that the pain is not an obstacle, but a challenge.
Those who know Relentless Energy will recognise the unmistakable figure of Mark Webb, a hardcore BMXer, and European champion. Despite his relative youth, Mark isn’t letting the fact he has achieved so much mean he can take it easy. A champion in Europe, Mark has his eyes on the prize in America, and his dedication means he may just do it.“
